Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
Screenshot (If Applicable):

Zero's Doubletime states that, for Beta, when it reaches max stacks, Zero gets +1 attack speed. However, after doing some tests, I found that it doesn't give +1 speed to Zero.
Before looking at the result of my testing, here are a few notes on my Zero:
1. Beta's Heavy Sword Mastery gives +2 att speed. In addition to this, I also have +1 att speed from inner ability.
2. Zero's Divine Speed can break pass the att speed soft cap (at 2) and Decent Speed Infusion (DSI) cannot.

Below is a table of my result after testing. My methodology is to swing my sword 5 times and record the time once, repeat this process 5 times, and calculate the average.

With Doubletime at max stacks and no other skills used, the average time spent swinging sword is similar to that with no passive skills used. For comparison, I also tested with Divine Speed on and DSI on, respectively, to show that my att speed has not reached soft cap yet. This shows that Doubletime at max stacks does not give Beta +1 att speed (and I'd assume it doesn't give Alpha additional att speed, but this is a bit difficult to test so I won't be giving results on Alpha; I will however try to test on Alpha if needed).

I hope this does not count as necroposting, but since the bug hasn't been fixed, and I have some new tests conducted, I'm going to post my new results here. If this counts as necroposting, I apologize for doing so.
For this test, I've reset all skills, meaning Alpha and Beta do not get any attack speeds from their respective mastery skills. The only skills they have are transcendent skills (which include Doubletime) and attack skills so I can proc Doubletime. The methodology is still the same: swing 5 times and record the time spend swinging once, repeat the process 5 times and find average.
Below is the table of results, this time including Alpha's results:

Again, Doubletime at max stacks results in a similar average time when no skills are used. This is true for both Alpha and Beta. Therefore, Doubletime does not give Alpha and Beta +1 attack speed when it's at max stacks.
