This thread is put together to aid players in understanding some of the custom features on our site. This thread will only cover various unique features we employ, refer to the respective guides down below if you wish to understand the detailed process of each feature. More information will be added on this thread if we ever find the need for additional features on our site.

  • All purchases made within the past 2 months will be available for your perusal under Your Account -> Purchase Overview on our website.
  • Both Paypal / Bitcoin are fully automated, you are not required to contact us for your Aries Points after making payment.
  • In the event that you do not receive your Aries Points after 24 hours, you may proceed to click on the Envelope icon which can be found on the Purchase Overview page.
  • Upon doing so, the status of your ticket will change. The following is an explanation of what each icon represents :
    Envelope = You may submit a ticket request for this donation.
    Hourglass = Ticket is submitted and pending for Administrator's response.
    Green Tick = Outstanding balance has been credited by an Administrator.
    Red Cross = Unsuccessful, you may approach Elyx if you believe this is an error.

  • All successful votes for the current month will be available for your perusal under Your Account -> Check Your Vote Logs.
  • The goal of this feature is to provide assistance to players who might've lost track of when their last vote happened.
  • A countdown timer will also be provided if you're voting too soon, informing you of the amount of time remaining until the next possible vote.
  • Keep in mind that you're only allowed to receive 3 vote points per account on a 24 hour cycle.

Your User Panel can be found on our website, under Your Account.

Players can now view a part of the actual email address associated to your respective game account(s) on your User Panel. For both security / privacy reasons, we will not provide you with the actual email address. At the same time, we understand that some players have forgotten their email address, hence this provides said players with a hint of the original email address. Henceforth, players requiring email change will be separated into two categories, Unverified Accounts and Verified Accounts. You may refer to the following sections for instructions on how email change will work for either of the categories.
Unverified accounts are defined as game accounts created before 24th July 2018 and have yet to associate Security Answers to their account. Old accounts will not be able to change their email addresses through an automated process unless approved by an Administrator. Players on old accounts may submit an email change request on your User Panel.
  1. Proceed to your User Panel on our website, select the Email Change option and fill up the form you see on that page.
  2. You are required to provide both your Date of Birth and current email address.
  3. If you do not have either of the information, you will not be able to change your email address. Be sure to include as many details as possible to aid in our investigations.
  4. Do NOT attempt the process of trial and error. We will NOT reverse any restrictions placed on your account for security reasons.
  5. Upon entering information matching our records, a request will be sent to the Administrators.
  6. If your request is approved by an Administrator, you will receive an email address on both your old and new email addresses.
  7. Only the newly associated email address will receive a link which you can use to bind Security Answers to your account.
  8. Having Security Answers on your account will allow you to alter your email address through an automated process.
  9. In the event that you do not bind Security Answers to your account within 48 hours of receiving the email, you will not be able to do so until the subsequent approval by Administrators.
  10. Do NOT lose / share your Security Answers with anyone else. We will NOT entertain all requests pertaining to the retrieval of Date of Birth / Security Answers.

Verified accounts are defined as game accounts created after 24th July 2018 or Game accounts associated with Security Answers. Verified accounts will be able to change their email addresses through an automated process.
  1. Proceed to your User Panel on our website, select the Email Change option and fill up the form you see on that page.
  2. You are required to provide both your Date of Birth and all three Security Answers.
  3. These information are the ones set either during registration / initial email change, the latter being applicable to accounts created before 24th July 2018.
  4. If you do not have all of the information, you will not be able to change your email address.
  5. Do NOT attempt the process of trial and error. We will NOT reverse any restrictions placed on your account for security reasons.
  6. Upon entering information matching our records, your email address will be updated accordingly.
  7. Do NOT lose / share your Security Answers with anyone else. We will NOT entertain all requests pertaining to the retrieval of Date of Birth / Security Answers.


More information will be added if I see repeated questions, but here are some of the commonly asked ones.

Q : What do the symbols on the Purchase Overview page mean?
A : Refer to the Purchases section.

Q : I do not have my Date of Birth / Security Answer, does that mean I will not be able to change my email address?
A : Yes. We will not retrieve your Date of Birth / Security Answer for whatever reason.

Q : I do not have my email address, does that mean I will not be able to change my email address?
A : We intend to have a new feature catering players who do not have their email addresses. This will be shelved for the time being until we get to it.

Q : Why aren't you being helpful to players and providing information as required?
A : There is only so much we can do to keep your account safe, it is your responsibility to both remember and keep these information to only yourself. There is no evidence to prove that anyone requesting for your information is the original registrant of the account, and therefore such requests will not be entertained.

Q : What are some tips for strong passwords?
A : You are strongly advised to refrain from using the same password as you do on any other platform. Your password should be unique on our platform for maximal security. Ensure that you have a mix of Alphanumerical characters in your password, even better with the addition of special characters (Example : [email protected]#$%^&*).

Q : I shared my information with a friend and I got hacked, what now?
A : As stated on our Terms of Service, you are responsible for any losses your account may incur by sharing your account with another individual.

Q : I voted more than 24 hours ago for Aries, why is gtop telling me I've already voted within the past 24 hours?
A : Keep in mind that you are only allowed to vote for one server on gtop once every 24 hours. If you or anyone else in your household voted for any other server within the past 24 hours, you will not be able to vote for us.
