Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): Hitokiri Strike gives a 45% Critical rate buff. It should update Critical Rate (From 66% to 100%) in the Detailed Stat UI.
Only Visual Bug, Crit rate buff is applied when cast.
Edit #1: GMS has this bug as well. Can't do anything I guess?
