Reason of Appeal: My previous appeal got denied on rule 2.1 Hacking. From the ToS (Usage of third-party software to automate attacks, chats, and/or movements constitutes under Hacking and/or will be referred to as the "usage of third-party programs".). By using the VPN i did not violate the ToS as I have not used any other programs to automate attacks, chat, and/or movements. From the ToS it does not state that I could not use a VPN to ensure better and smoother gameplay. It is just to avoid crashing every 5-10 minutes. As proof, here are the people from my region as well who used VPN due to same reason. I have also searched and found that you all "allow" use of VPN for smoother gameplay. Besides, i have 0 intention of using any "hacks" as i enjoy playing Aries as it is by farming, bossing and building my own gears since i have been playing for years now. I humbly seek for a second chance as Im not at fault and I will AVOID and NOT use vpn anymore so please look into this and reconsider the appeal.
