Reason of Appeal: I believe I did not fall under this category. I was unable to provide a screenshot from my end as at the time of the incident because my screen froze and the client crashed unexpectedly. I was only notified I had been auto-banned by the system by my friend who I was leeching (who also very kindly provided the screenshot), and when I attempted to relog.

Firstly, thank you for your time and hard work so far in making the server as enjoyable as possible especially when there has been a huge influx of players in light of the recent events.
I appreciate that you all must have been very busy and may or may not have the time to read this, especially since this is the second appeal.
Since my ban, I read the appeal format, rules and guidelines, as well as the terms of service in detail to understand the reason of my ban.
I am aware that second appeal is not typically allowed and the outcome may be the same regardless of the number of appeals I make. This re-appeal is not intended to be a spam, but rather, I would just like to share my side of the story....
I understand that ultimately, it is your decision in determining the outcome of my appeal. I also fully appreciate that due to the confidentiality of the server information and various other factors, you are at all not obliged to provide any evidence for the decision made. If allowed, I would love to have a chance to prove my innocence whenever possible.
From my previous appeal, it appeared that I was banned under Terms of Service 2.1 Hacking
I did not use any illegitimate methods to create any advantage to myself, or to disadvantage any other players. At the point in time where I believed I was auto-banned by the system, I was merely leeching a friend at earcana- Labyrinthe Cavern (who I was whispering).
On the screenshot attached it said:
[Autoban] Schwarzbier has been banned by the system.
The following points were accounts of the bans I had received in the past months in detail:
1) I received a strike ban back in end of March/ early April due to a bug with the anti-bot chat not displayed fully (which was then rectified). I was unbanned later however the strike ban remained. [An appeal was not made as we were informed not to.]
2) A similar situation happened again on 4th May when I was training at ecrilla. Rather than the usual anti-bot chat to prompt for key, I was issued a permanent ban by the system immediately (possibly due to the existing strike ban?). [An appeal was made which you kindly reviewed and unbanned me.]
3) This issue occured again two days ago on 21st May when I was leeching a friend at earc. [Screenshot was kindly provided by the person I was whispering - showing that seconds before I was auto-banned, we were whispering each other.] [An appeal was not made as we were informed not to as other players were experiencing similar issue.]
On 22nd May 2020, we received a notification under #announcement in discord saying that players who had been incorrectly banned would have had their bans lifted.
On discord upon asking, I was informed by Spyro that my situation was different from the bot test issue (of which I didn't know as I thought being auto-banned put me under the bot test issue as I was used to repeatedly receive anti-bot message many times in a short period).
Being notified that my situation was unique compared to other players who were incorrectly banned under the bot test issue, I filed my appeal on https://elluel.net/index.php?threads/schwarzbier-ban-appeal.19115/ which was denied, and on top of that, I believe my IP had been banned as two of my flatmates who played AriesMS with me had both their accounts blocked as well as mine. I was also blocked from discord in line with the punishment described under ToS 2.1 (Permanent suspension of Game AND Discord account)
My flatmates IGNs are as followed: <MAATAHARI>, <BULANIE123>
I know that I did not use any hacking software or any third party software. The only macro-related thing I used was the in-game macro (as suggested by the ariesms pathfinder guide: https://elluel.net/index.php?threads/pathfinder-guide.11191/) as I personally find that pathfinder requires a high level of dexterity for my combos and the in-game macro did help a lot. Also, I am not sure if this helps but while I was leeching, I did note that monsters were flying across the maps and they seem to be vacuumed to one spot and this only just happened since the new patch a couple days ago causing the kanna/ bishop/ leecher to die on a number of occasions. I believe this is a bug that the team is trying their best to look into it. Otherwise, there were no other abnormal observations noted.
I am aware that this post is very elaborate and if you are still reading at this point, I want you thank you so much for your time.
Since the inception of coronavirus, I have been spending almost all my time on Aries MS. Maple Story is a game I used to love, have always love and will continue to love. Aries MS is a server stable enough that I know I can invest my time on.
Finally, I am sure you have spent your time reviewing this case when I appealed on 22nd May and came to a decision that I was hacking. Having said that, I would be really grateful if you could kindly consider to review this case again if you have a few minutes to spare. As mentioned above I know that you are not obliged to provide evidence of coming to a decision that I was hacking. Having said that, I am genuinely curious what could have triggered this whole situation. If there are any further details that you would like you know, I would be pleased to answer them, to prove my innocence in this situation.
