I would like to suggest a mini update towards the current CPQ system, which is to scale the monster levels in CPQ with Paragon Levels instead of the cap level which is 300.

This is because CPQ is a Paragon content, which I think it will be reasonable to have the monsters inside scale difficulties accordingly to our Paragon Level. The current CPQ monsters are all at level 300, which is causing a massive damage decrease for anybody that does CPQ below level 300 due to the damage penalty from level disadvantage. I get that we can level our characters to higher levels to match the monsters in CPQ, but then again, CPQ is a Paragon exclusive content so I stay firm in my stance of the monsters scale their difficulties according to our Paragon levels and not the cap level.

I believe that if the difficulty of CPQ scales with Paragon levels, it will not cause an unfair advantage to anybody, it will be the complete opposite because players are actually dealing with monsters that match their Paragon level. This means that pre-neo Paragons that plan to not leveling past 275 can still do CPQ reasonably.

As for Paragons that are currently in their journey to level 300, they could get even more damage from having extra node slots, extra character main stats, allowing them to gain their respective advantages in CPQ for not stopping their steps in leveling their characters. For upcoming players that are trying to reach level 300, they will have their already unlocked node slots and 25 levels worth of character main stats from level 275 to 300, so this would also give them the advantage they deserved from working hard to reach Paragon.

Much appreciated to anyone that has spent their time in reading this, please do consider this suggestion and I look forward to replies from the Staff team of AriesMS, have a great day!

Approved.

Paragon CPQ monsters have been adjusted to be based off of player's levels instead of being Level 300 as of the July 5, 2021 update.
