Ban Reason: No Idea, but Im assuming because I was AFK in cash shop and opening boxes on and off.
Reason of Appeal: I has been on in the cash shop since the start of the day, even before the announcement. I was taking my time opening boxes here and there while afking inside the Cash Shop as I had other things to do throughout the day. I sincerely didnt know that we were all suppose to exit the cash shop as we didnt get disconnected either, I thought there would be a quick restart or something to boot everyone out, I was also not aware of any of the issues as I was able to purchase boxes fine with nx deducting. I went off to get some food leaving my character on in the cash shop, came back to my Aries Client being closed. Once launched again, I am greeted with the ban message. Have been playing for more than 3 months now and I really enjoy the game. I sincerely apologise to the GMs, for my naivety for staying in the cash shop during a period where it is disabled. Honestly did not mean to do it.
