Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): This Passive allow convert Att to Matt or Matt to Att (It is not mentioned equipment's base). I tested Gchaos my Pants from 12att - 16att (so i'll have 4 x 50% by passive = 2matt instead) and INT+LUK, Matt doesn't increase, the same buffed but it still the same -497899 Att Increase here .If it's a bug please fix because i have lots of Attack (Average 100Att+ = 50matt) from Tyrant equip can convert to Matt instead. (RESOLVED)

Pretty sure the skill is working.

An Arcane Umbra Lucent Weapon has 206 Weapon Attack (Base), meaning this passive skill will give you 41.2 Magic Attack (Up to 20% of your Weapon's Base Attack). To achieve this, all you need is 82.4 Weapon Attack on all your gears combined (since it converts 50% of your Weapon Attack), which you can easily achieve through Tyrant or Gollux gear. You've already capped on this passive, which is why when you increased your Weapon Attack on your Pants, it doesn't give anymore stats.

Thanks very much for explaining it correctly. I don't use pure English in my country so i think it very OP is convert 20% wp's base AND 50% att from all equipment (not base on wp's base).
