Additional Comments:
The accused smegaed a 27% str bpot SLH c\o 3.3k, I asked what's a\w, he said 4k and I a\wed, then he said he needs to go for dinner for 20 to 30 minutes and I said "no problem just hit me up when you are back" and he agreed. An hour of me pm ing him nonstop passed and I got no reply so I teleported to him just to see he is doing dailies. When I asked why he didn't answer all this time he said he didn't get any message from me (which is obviously a lie unless pms are bugged because I pmed him non stop like I said). Then I said "no problem, let me buy that heart now" and traded him, when he entered the trade he said "oh, there's only one problem" and showed me a 24%luk bpot slh with the claim that he "accidentally" recubed it. I believe that someone offered more than 4k as 4k is a fairly good price for a 27% str and he took that offer after clearly stating 4k is a\w.

Thank you for your take but first of all I didn't want to profit off of it, it was for self use. Second, my accusation is not that he didn't sell it to me for a cheap price, it's that he didn't sell it to me for an a\w HE set, which violates:
2.5. FRAUD
Any intention, attempt or act to deceive or falsify the general aesthetic, price and/or demand that is intended for financial or personal gain is referred to as fraud.
I'm having hard time believing he avoided me for more than an hour coincidentally and I had to chase him just to find out he "recubed" it.
I appreciate you trying to give a different perspective on the matter but it's really not about the price, more about the actions taken and the suspicious behavior of the accused after we agreed on a transaction.

There also seems to be unnecessary aggression and attempts of unauthorized interrogation of the accused.

The reason I was aggressive toward the accused is to hopefully make him confess to his lie and avoid being reported. I don't think it was "unnecessary" because talking nice to him would make getting a confession a lot harder.
About the "unauthorized interrogation" - what else can I do if I crashed and don't have evidence of the agreement? (I'm really asking)
About evidence based on assumptions - I fully understand why you wouldn't accept that but while doing that you also legitimize using "accidental" modification to an item (such as cubing\inno etc...) as an easy way out of a punishment - the fact is that I a\w ed an item and did not get it.

Leave the roleplaying of judge and jury to us, you are not authorized to engage with other players in that manner.

That said, the evidence you've provided does not include the Agreement of Transaction that binds this transactional agreement.
