Additional Comments:
1) Accused is attempting to sell the NX doll's nightwear.
2) Character is a level 46 Mihile based on rankings. Therefore would be unable to use the @offerdec command in trade window to trade the item.
3) In the first image he posts selling at 9.5k
4) When asked for the price again he replies selling for 7.5k
5) Doll's nightwear price is usually ~16k. Therefore it is highly suspect that he is attempting to deceive the general public about the actual price of the nx item whilst not having the intention/ability to sell it at all.

Did you attempt to buy the Doll's Nightwear for 7.5K DP when he told you the price, and he refused to sell? If so, please post the screenshot of that conversation.

Just because he sells an item for a low price, as long as he's willing to sell for said price (i.e. Doll's Nightwear for 7.5K DP), then there's no instance of fraud.

Yes SS as attached. Chat is external window on all chat as you can still see gachapon messages.

No way for me to prove it since no timestamps, but after he mentioned 7.5k and i attempted to buy it, he just said sold. ( no delay on his or my end between messages ) That's when I got suspicious and checked his character's level. Which is how i found out he would not have been able to trade dec items with the @command in the first place due to low level.
