Reduce the Cost of MPE Potions

Referring back to a previous suggestion made, https://elluel.net/index.php?threads/mpe-potions-into-the-monster-park-shop.25457/ , alongside the newly implemented nerf to DSI in aries from +2 to +1, im sure multiple people will need to buy green pots to hit speed caps. MP potions in aries are more tedious to obtain compared to gms especially for those without pvac/drop rate gears. Accompanied with the increased frequency of boss resets in aries is an increase in demand for these potions. Hopefully this can be considered to help both new players and vets with their potion needs.

During the server maintenance on the 27th of August 2022, we have made some adjustments to the cost of MPE Potions sold by NPC Laku. The price changes are detailed as follows:

Extreme Red Potion 200 => 150
Extreme Blue Potion 200 => 150
Extreme Green Potion 300 => 200
Extreme Gold Potion 500 => 300
