This section serves as a platform for players to file Player Reports against other players who have committed an offence(s) under the Terms of Service. Players who wish to file a report are required to read the following carefully before doing so. For reports against the Staff, please file them via private message to @Spyro (or @Elyx if necessary).

A. REPORTING FORMAT

B. SECTION RULES
  1. All reports are to be filed in English with (1) the FULL format given above and are not allowed to omit any information from the format; and (2) are to contain visual evidence of either image(s) or video(s) indicating clear signs of the offence(s) committed by the accused. Report titles must include the offence(s) involved as provided in the format. Failure to follow the full format will result in the deletion of your report.

  2. Evidence is to be uploaded onto third-party hosting websites and their link(s) to be attached along with the report; Imgur for images and YouTube for videos ONLY (no other websites should be used for the uploading of evidence). Links need to be minimally set to 'Unlisted' for the reviewing of the evidence. Evidence that are cropped or manipulated are not allowed and Accusers will be penalized if found doing so. If necessary, players may censor specific portions of the evidence for privacy reasons. Evidence containing multiple images are to be compiled into a single album, in chronological order. Evidence that contain visual cues pertaining to the passing of time are required to include in-game timestamps (via the '@check' command), for instance, to show the order in which specific messages came first.

  3. If necessary, explanations of the situation are to be provided for the Staff to acquire a better understanding upon reviewal of the report, comments are to be direct and straight to the point.

  4. Forum Users that are not involved in the report are NOT allowed to comment or reply on posts. If there are additional evidence from uninvolved parties, they are to be forwarded to the Staff via Private Message on the forums. Users that are either the Accused or were involved in the original content of the report are only allowed to respond with direct rebuttals pertaining to the topic of the report and are NOT allowed to engage in unnecessary arguments, harassment of individuals and/or stray from the topic.

C. REPORTING GUIDELINES
  1. A brief understanding of the reporting format: (1) 'IGN of Accuser' refers to your IGN, and/or the IGN of the player filing the report; (2) whereas 'IGN of Accused' refers to the IGN of the player you are reporting. (3) Offence(s) stated in your report should be the title of the offence from the Terms of Service, (e.g. Scamming, Map Ownership) and not any other phrasings or renditions of the rules stated. (4) Methods of how your evidence should be included are stated above, please refer to Section Rules, Paragraph 2. (5) Additional comments are there for players to include the prior context of how the situation came out to me and anything the Staff should know before reviewing the report.

  2. Report(s) for Disrespect or Harassment should only be filed if the Accuser is the direct receiving party of remarks made by the Accused, where evidence is to include chat messages of BOTH the Accuser and the Accused.

    For reports pertaining to Mass Defame, evidence is to include timestamps for separate images/videos in conjunction with the overall defame count.​
  3. Report(s) for Hacking, Profiting or Exploiting are to be submitted to the Staff via Private Message on the forums with the FULL format. The identities of Accusers filing for reports pertaining to Profiting or Exploiting will be protected and confidential.

  4. Report(s) for Botting are to include video evidence with a minimum of 30 seconds where the duration of the video is to include another player attempting to acquire the attention of the Accused (while they are attacking in the map) for minimally 3 times spread out throughout the duration of the video.

  5. Report(s) for Scamming are to include (1) the item(s) or currencies involved; (2) all chat messages from all involved platforms from BOTH the Accuser and the Accused.

    For reports pertaining to the Agreement of Transaction for either regular transactions or transactions involving untradeable ETC items such as Absolab and Arcane services; evidence is to include (1) the Accused's chat message(s) indicating the intention for a closed agreement or to purchase items under the mentioned services, and (2) the subsequent absence of the Accused showing the intention to evade and/or avoid (or the admittance to the non-possession of the item(s) or currencies) after an agreement has been made.​

    For reports pertaining to Leech & Kishin Service(s) for any level range or purpose with the agreement of payment either via item(s) or currencies; evidence is to include (1) the Accused's chat message(s) indicating the intention for a leech with the exchange of the involved item(s) or currencies (as shown in examples​
    here), and (2) the subsequent absence of the Accused showing the intention to evade and/or avoid after the leech is complete.

  6. Report(s) for False Bidding are to include (1) the Accused's advertisement of the involved item(s) or currencies, (2) the Accused's chat messages indicating a specific offer value, and (3) the Accused's inability to provide the accurate identity of the player who has provided the offer(s) to the Accused and/or the continuous advertisement of the item(s) or currencies with the unidentified offer(s).

  7. Report(s) for Map Ownership are to include (1) the FULL map ownership in-game information (via the '@map' command), and (2) clear and/or obvious signs of skill effects from the Accused attacking in the map.

  8. Report threads that are pending further review (due to the nature of the case) will be tagged with a 'PENDING' label or prefix and will be locked to prevent bumping of threads. Threads that have reached a final decision and are resolved will be tagged with a 'CLOSED' label or prefix.
