Introduction
The Pity System was established at the release of Project Revelry: Phase 2 to protect victims of high-value scams and to provide insurance for the loss of equipment under conditions approved by the Staff. While there will not be any estimation on what the Staff considers as high-value, we advise victims of scams to further consider before filing a Pity Appeal.
The purpose of this system is to provide players a form of insurance towards risky transactions with equipment that have undergone incredible effort, time, and upgrades. We empathize with all victims of scams and while we cannot compensate for all forms of scams, we will provide support towards an unfortunate event of a high-value scam.
Terms & Conditions
Players must meet ALL of the following terms before submitting a Pity Appeal:

Please note that users will only be able to view the threads that they have created themselves.
Disclaimers
Each case will be investigated extensively before a decision is made. Any decision made towards Pity Appeals is final and cannot be further appealed. We also highly discourage players from comparing cases based on their market value, as we abide by our case-by-case basis rule. Any disagreements expressed based on the comparison of market values and/or justification with personal emotion on any of our platforms will not be tolerated.
The implementation of the Pity System does not ultimately mean that players should be less wary of fraudulent transactions, and are still advised to be vigilant when making them.
Any attempt at a Pity Appeal with the intention to troll and/or test of luck without meeting the abovementioned terms will be dealt with severely.
