PIC reset

i have been sending pic reset request for about 10 or 12 times so far and i got no respond at all' i am thinking it has something to do with my email address or maybe my char is Bugged. i need help please
please can anyone help me i just want to play again

edit: well its been way too long and i guess that no ones gives a fk. few weeks trying to get an answer or reply. anything that could help me ' and the problem is there for about 2 months +. Ty
