Hi, I'm a returning play to Aries.
Because I've been away from Aries for about 2 years, I couldn't recall what my PIC was.
I've followed the instruction on Aries website to reset the PIC and the page showed a message saying that I'll receive an email regarding this.
It's been almost 2 hours and I haven't received any emails regarding PIC reset.
I've also noticed that there are quite a number of posts similar to this already in the Technical page.
Is there a way to reset the PIC other than via the method on the website?
