You simply need to type your first 3 characters that are in your character screen selection. If you're able to get to Character Selection, you should be able to see the IGNs.

If you need to change your E-Mail address because you entered the wrong E-Mail address when you first created your account, you must change it on the AriesMS Website. We DO NOT manually authenticate any account because the Staff Team DO NOT have access to your personal information. This is to protect every player's privacy.

If you forgot your answers to your security questions, there is nothing the Staff Team can do. As for the IGN, simply enter the first 3 IGNs on the Character Selection screen when you log onto AriesMS (IGN #1, IGN #2, IGN #3).
