Krexel quest missing

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed): Krexel quest for krexel paudron (shoulder) by Commando Jim in Ulu City Entrance has been disappeared after today maintanence (15/10/18). Particular quest cannot be found in all quest tabs (available, inprogess, completed).

This is likely due to the removal of the entire singapore+ulu city area (related quests are likely removed as well) in GMS.

But I was able to complete the prequest up to the missing quest (krexel quest) before the maintanence. And done the quest on my another character 2 days ago and gotten my krexel shoulder.

Others are having this issue as well and they are aware. As @Poro said, Nexon decided to close Singapore+Ulu in GMS and that may have affected the questline in Aries after the most recent version update. See this.
