Job of Character: Kanna
Ban Reason: using illegal software
Reason of Appeal: I was just going back to ariesMS after a year and when i logged in I had forgotten my PIC and went to reset it. However, when I closed my client and restarted it, it had showed that there was a 3rd party software detected even though I did not use any!! Then when i re-opened my client to go into channel 7, it said my character was banned?! Please help me fix this, I feel that I am wrongfully banned and its not really a good feeling to have when I want to just go back into this game again.

Can you please try restarting your internet modem, or using a different internet connection to log in?
