CLOSED iShade Ban Appeal

- In-Game Name: iShade
- Job of Character: Shade
- Ban Reason: no clue
- Reason of Appeal: I was farming at the Neo Droid map in Magatia , and suddenly I was kicked out of line without any notice and I wanted to reconnect it showed this ID was been blocked or deleted.
- After I try to reset my PC and try again, it shows my account has been permanently banned. I have no idea why my account has been banned.
- I asked in Discord and seem like some people had this trouble too.

It's my bad, maybe i forgot my character name...
I just create a new char and farm to about lvl 75, i cant remember exactly my character name...
Can you suggest any idea for me please?
