I'm trying to upgrade these 3 in my equipment tab of my inventory. For some reason it won't allow me to put the item into the slot. Whenever I try to drag the item into the slot, it doesn't do anything.

Talk to Lilin NPC in Free Market. She'll have an option for you use to your Premium Red Cubes.
