CLOSED H0mura Ban Appeal

Job of Character: Adele
Ban Reason: I don't even know why
Reason of Appeal: m new and i just created a new account to try it out, i tried adele and i stucked at the cutscene for a very long time so i alt+f4 out and the nex thing i got permanently ban. please help..
Screenshot of Ban Message: (for some reason the photo just wont be uploaded) , its says " you have been permanently banned" at the login interface.
