This bug pertains to the forum. After removing my old forum avatar, I am unable to upload a new one. I tested this in different browsers with the same result. The Okay button in the following modal does not work. After clicking it, a progress bar appears to reflect the upload process but nothing happens and the selected file is reset to blank.
