Are there any low funded but high damage and also great mobbing skills besides Angelic Buster?
I'm thinking of ark and wind archer or maybe buccaneer but idk

How's kanna? Do i need to be really funded to be able to use her for farming?
If you're planning to take a farming class far and completing it's 5th job skills, i'd recommend Demon Slayer , Luminous , IL Mage or Pathfinder.
They all have a sweet good map clear, my personal favorite for mobbing with is Demon Slayer.
