Additional Comments: The initial agreement date for the price was June 20, 2020 (In-game time). He said that it will take a few days to get the dp, so I agreed to wait. I did try to contact him a couple days later and he said that he still needs more time to get the dp. Leading up to today, almost 1 week later (June 26, 2020 in-game time), I messaged him asking Saijikux if he is still buying the items or not, but he now says that he is not interested in purchasing the items even though he still wanted to buy them a couple of days ago.

There are no instances of False Bidding.

Please double-check the rule which you are claiming that the accused has breached.
