Damien Map Bug (unable to exit)

Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):

Killed Damien, got disconnected, and now my character is stuck in a map unable to get out. Nothing is accessible, the portal isn't working, the NPC has no function.
