Ban Reason: idk
Reason of Appeal: new player just entered storyline for adele, was prompted whether i was having a good day in aries. clicked yes and hung so i restarted client. when i tried to log in again it popped up the message that i was permanently banned.

Can you please restart your internet modem, or try using a different internet connection to log onto AriesMS?

Also, please include a screenshot of the ban message.
