Bugged Zero character box (compensation aplication)

I wrote a bug thread about the Zero character box that did not give me a character slot:

It didn't have a comment of an admin or GM on it. The first one was locked and put into resolved. My box was still not fixed and the box would expire in a week, so I wrote another thread:

We've reviewed your account and found that you have used the slot acquired from the shop in Zero's Temple on another character.

Could you verify this?

I have claimed a character slot on another Zero indeed. Is that the problem? Is it not allowed to gain 2 character slots from Zero's?

I did research on the forum and I didn't find any info on this restriction. Or did I skip a relevant page about this?
