Black screen when logged in

Everytime i try logging in i get this black screen when transfering from character selection to the game. Whenever i jump or use skills i can still hear the sound fx but still the screen is black so it is unplayable.
Can some GM help me with this please, i would be appreciated

I also tried reinstalling the game and it didnt fix the problem

Can you login another char ? If you can Did you clicked something like chat out side (icon from windows chat) Before this happens?
If u did so try to changes resolution to 800 from another char then login ur bugged char and close chat outside window
I got this bugged a month ago and I use this way to fixed. hopefully this can help you

Yeah seems like the seperate chat window is the one behind all this. I tried rescaling resolution and it worked!
