My account is karenpham12. I still remember my pass and PIC I can log in but they asked me to change the pass because it's been too long since I last played. The email I used for it could not be login as it required me to sign in my phone number and I did not use that number anymore. Therefore I have submitted the request for changing email for like a long time but it hasnt been changed. Now That I have more time please look in and approve my request please. For like months or even more than years, It still showed your ticker is being reviewed and I dont understand why.
And while I got tired of waiting I accidentally using that email I want to change to and create a new account. So do I have to submit again or something?
