Reasoning: It's main use that most people would use this for is 9th Anniversary Prime Scrolls since AriesMS has Admin and Sapphire Boxes not many people use other types of scrolls. So i am unsure of how expensive this scroll should be, but I would like to see a for sure method of acquiring this scroll unlike the low probability of you getting a Prime Scroll from completing Tower of OZ. It's frustrating sometimes going a full day or two without acquiring a single scroll from tower of oz. If this Guardian Scroll is to be declined then maybe change Prime Scroll farming from a low probability to a concrete farming method.
