Add @boss In-game Command to Display Boss Cooldown

Did i do hwill yesterday? or was it normal? which day is today?
@boss to show which bosses are available to do before reset. Would help when people go "i dont remember if i went yesterday" and then we all go to boss map and yes they went yesterday.

+1, but I don't think it should be a chat command as there are too many bosses to list, so maybe an NPC?

mmm yes maybe the command could also open up a UI like how @prestige or @revelry does to list the bosses

think should add option at Universal NPC under Quick move,
not add new command to check.

I'm okay with whatever as long as we get something to help us figure out bosses. sometimes its the attackers who already went for hlucid and then we cant go because we short on damage.

In v227, the Boss Teleportation UI will provide information to boss entry and completions.

Therefore, this implementation will no longer be necessary.
