Why should we give you another chance? :
I wasn't hacking in any way at all, and I definitely didn't have any third party programs. I just started this server yesterday and got banned while fighting one of those elite boss things with the "Song of Heaven" skill. My attack range is not high and as a wind archer, and I was holding down the key for Song of Heaven (held down key with my finger) because I knew the thing would take a long time to kill. I did not see a bot/lie detector prompt pop up at all (if I did, I would have filled it out), and I was watching my screen the whole time.
While I killing that boss, there was a player who had the ign Burger (if I could recall correctly it was some player with white Evan hair and Bright Eyes) came by and asked if I needed help, in which I replied "it's okay" (because I thought I could kill it in that 30 mins :c). Next thing I knew, within the next 2 mins or so, I got banned. I was in the map with the Mutant Ribbon Pigs.

*** I was discussing my ban with a friend and I thought of something important that should be mentioned as well. I was playing Aries on my laptop, which I play at home and take to work (I work in a call center so there's a lot of down time/time between calls and usually everyone else watches movies or something to pass time) to play as well. At home, I use my home wifi. At work when I play Aries, I use the internet that I have from my phone's mobile hotspot. My home internet and phone are from different providers. If in any case the "hacking" that I was banned for is a mix-up where you thought my account security was being compromised or hacked by someone due to the different IP addresses, I just wanted to clear that up. ***
