Description of Bug (Explain the bug, How is it done, what should it really be doing? etc. An unclear description will not get the bug fixed):
Screenshot (If Applicable):

I know that this has been posted before, but since the skill has a pretty complicated formula I will explain everything in detail.

Soul Seeker:
Summons 2 spirits to randomly attack 2 mobs in range. Each spirit will deal 320% damage 1 times.
85% (95% with hyper) chance to recreate spirit and attacks up to 7 time(s).

Soul Seeker Expert:
35% chance to summon a Soul Seeker when attacking with an Angelic Buster skill (excludes Soul Buster and Soul Seeker skills).
When using Celestial Roar, activation rate +15%. The summoned Soul Seeker's Attack Power will be only 75% of a regular Soul Seeker.

Skills that activate Soul Seeker and are used in dpm rotation:
1. Trinty ~163 activations per min average
2. Supernova 14 activations per min
3. Trinity Fusion 45 activations per min

Total activations = 221

Now lets calculate the number of Soul Seeker activations.

Since the 1st one is guaranteed, and for each consecutive there is a 95% chance (up to 7), then the expected number is:
1 +(0.95) +(0.95)^2 +(0.95)^3 +(0.95)^4 +(0.95)^5 +(0.95)^6 = 6.03325407812
Now, we multiply this value by 2 since we have 2 spirits summoned, giving us 12.06650816 attacks.
Next, we want to calculate the number of uses per minute, which is the number of total activations times the chance
to activate (35% or 36% with DCO), so the number of uses per minute is 221*0.36 = 79.56 and we multiply that by 12.066
we get 959.97 and this is the number of expected total attacks, whereas the provided screenshot gives 663.
Note that the number of expected total attacks can be higher if you use Celestial Roar (adds 15% to activate Soul Seeker Expert)
Or if you use a CD hat which lets you proc more activations of Trinity Fusion.

In any case, The following calculations show that the current Soul Seeker formula is bugged and thus a fix would be appreciated.

Additional information and tests can be provided

(DPM test belongs to Blawesome, it was conducted today)

This has been reported many times by many main Angelic Busters.
Hopefully this time with your calculations it will get acknowledged by GMs and not moved to trash unresponded as usual.

After the recent update, Pretty Exaltation was fixed, but the Soul Seeker expert still seems to be bugged.
Jyll, Blawesome and I conducted a series of dpm tests, using only 3 skills - Trinity, Supernova and Trinity Fusion. (Pretty Exaltation was NOT used)
I will post each of our tests, together with the expected number of hits and the actual number.
Using the formula above: 12.06650816 * X * 0.35, where X is the total activation count of the 3 skills, or in the BA "Times Used"

1st test:
IGN: Blawesome
Expected number of hits: 4.223277856 * 214 = 903
Actual number of hits = 862

2nd test:
IGN: Blawesome
Expected number of hits: 4.223277856 * 218 = 920
Actual number of hits = 747

3rd test:
IGN: Jyll
Expected number of hits: 4.223277856 * 227 = 958
Actual number of hits = 624

4th test:
IGN: Jyll
Expected number of hits: 4.223277856 * 222 = 937
Actual number of hits = 687
Ul5MwG7.png

5th test:
IGN: GAU8
Expected number of hits: 4.223277856 * 212 = 895
Actual number of hits = 547

6th test:
IGN: GAU8
Expected number of hits: 4.223277856 * 214 = 903
Actual number of hits = 618

In conclusion:
Blawesome: 804.5/911.5 = 88.2%
Jyll: 655.5/947.5 = 69.1%
GAU8: 582.5/899 = 64.7%

As you can see, the skill deviates from the expected, a fix would be appreciated.
